She is a former police officer and Miami Dolphins cheerleader. Edmondson appeared on The Amazing Race 14 with her friend and fellow Miami Dolphins cheerleader Cara Rosenthal, finishing in second place. Edmondson and Rosenthal later returned to participate in The Amazing Race 18 and were the third team eliminated. Edmondson appeared in the music video for "This Ain't No Love Song" by Trace Adkins.
